Equipment for packing into Big-Bags

We sell dispensers for dosing bulk and flour products into polypropylene Big-Bag type bags, which can hold from 500 to 1500 kg.

The filling station consists of a special dispenser adjusted for the individual product, a frame, four weight sensors connected to an electronic control system, bag neck clamping mechanism, which prevents dust from escaping during filling.

To fill the Big-Bag, the operator has to hang the bag on its four loops and put on the filling sleeve. Once the bag is full, it will be taken to the unloading area.
